Overview:

The largest cause of Product Liability Lawsuits and Recalls comes from "Defects in Design". The product was defective right from the start, but no one caught it in time.

Some product lines have regulatory requirements, but the Legal community views thsese as a 'minimum requirement', and fully expects the manufacturer to not only comply with voluntary and regulatory requirements, but go above and beyond any such requirements to ensure their products will be safe and reliable for their intended use, as well as considering 'foreseeable misuse' hazards. There are unique elements related to the design of any specific product that the regulatory agencies aren't going to ever review or be aware of, or have the capability of recognizing, to determine if those elements could potentially be harmful. In this webcast we will explain how the management team needs to be conducting Design Reviews and Product Safety Reviews, the membership for each Team, along with their roles and responsibilities.

Why should you Attend: There are over 80,000 product liability lawsuits in the U.S. every year, and countless product recalls that are devastating manufacturing corporations, and even causing many to file bankruptcy. If your company has been affected, it will be, it's just a matter of time. If your company has been affected, our webcasts will help steer you in the right direction.
